About Us

Mission Statement
The Klamath Falls Adventist Christian School family exists to show children Jesus, nurture their love for Him and others, teach them to think, and empower them to serve.

Our Philosophy

At the Klamath Falls Adventist Christian School, we proudly operate under the guidance of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, dedicated to providing a nurturing and spiritually enriched education for children. We hold a foundational belief in the loving presence of our Creator God and honor His influence in our lives and education.

We believe that true education encompasses the development of the spiritual, mental, and physical facets of each student, preparing them for a fulfilling life now and for greater purposes in the future. To support our students in their growth, we encourage them to:

1. Foster a personal relationship with God and connect with others, as highlighted in Matthew 22:37-39.
2. Master essential academic skills that will serve them throughout their lives.
3. Recognize the value of both physical and mental labor as divine blessings.
4. Cultivate physical fitness, mental acuity, and moral integrity as gifts from God.

We take pride in operating in alignment with the guidance of the Office of Education, North American Division of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, and we look forward to supporting each child's educational journey!

Our History

The Klamath Falls Adventist Christ School opened in the fall of 1929 in the basement of the North Ninth Street Adventist Church. In 1940, a two-room wood frame school was built at the corner of Main and Williams Streets. It had a wood stove to provide heat and outdoor plumbing. The fully accredited school had two teachers and 20 students in grades one through eight.

In 1968, the building was replaced by a building with classroom facilities for up to 50 students. Four years later, a gymnasium was added, providing more space for learning, programs, and a meal prep area.
