Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

This Drawing (“Campaign”) is open only to individuals who enter through the designated social media accounts of the organizer and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry and who are residents of  Oregon. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state/provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of [Organizer Name] as final and binding in all matters related to this Campaign.

Entries will be accepted online from November 24, 2025, to December 11, 2025. All entries must be received by December 11, 2025, at 5 PM.

The Campaign must be entered by commenting or following the instructions listed in the official social media post on Klamath Falls Adventist Christian School’s social media accounts. The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Klamath Falls Adventist Christian School.
You may not enter more times than allowed by using multiple identities, accounts, or devices. Use of fraudulent methods to circumvent the rules may result in removal from eligibility.

The Winner(s) of the Campaign (“Winner”) will receive one (1) Harry & David Goodie Basket (approximate retail value: $119, nontransferable. Any prize-related expenses, including applicable taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
By accepting the prize, the Winner grants Klamath Falls Adventist Christian School permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

A random drawing under the supervision of Klamath Falls Adventist Christian School will select the winner. The winner will be notified via direct message on social media within five (5) days of the drawing.

Klamath Falls Adventist Christian School shall not be liable if the Winner does not receive notification due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other technical issues.

If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, does not claim the prize within 30 days, or fails to return required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES BY THE WINNER (AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF Klamath Falls Adventist Christian School) WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER.

By entering, you understand and agree that Klamath Falls Adventist Christian School, its licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right to use your entry, name, image, statements, and likeness for promotional purposes worldwide and in any media without further compensation, notice, or approval, where permitted by law.

You represent and warrant that your entry is your original content and does not infringe on the rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Klamath Falls Adventist Christian School from any claims arising from infringement.

Klamath Falls Adventist Christian School reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Campaign for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control.
Klamath Falls Adventist Christian School further reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
Attempts to deliberately damage any website or undermine the Campaign’s operations may violate criminal and civil laws.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Klamath Falls Adventist Christian School, its affiliates, partners, employees, and representatives from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Campaign or acceptance/use of the prize, including technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or errors in administration.

This Campaign is governed by the laws of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
All disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, before a court of competent jurisdiction in Oregon. Entrants waive rights to punitive or consequential damages beyond actual out-of-pocket costs incurred.:
